[/quote] My understanding is May 1 is when players are permitted to try out with other ECNL clubs for the following season. Players can't be dropped from a current roster unless it qualifies under the transfer rule. If a player is looking to transfer and play with another ECNL club for the remainder of the current season (whatever is left), then both clubs have to agree to it and it needs the approval of the ECNL Commissioner (3.14.1). I think clubs can only add new players to their existing roster up until April 30.
