In YSR - that will result in the winning team improving their ranking and the losing team will see a decrease in the rank.  Every match is factored in so it is more or less a real time adjustment as the teams compete,  Figure plus or minus 10 spots but it generally does a good job gathering the stronger teams at the top and weaker teams at the bottom.[/quote]

Not from a single game - no.  It would not be a useful algorithm if it did that.  IF adjusts teh team ranking as time goes on each time they compete.  I don't know the exact formula but it Ii know it does a better job that got soccer and that it does tend to eventually reward successful  teams with higher rankings and place less successful team lower down.

Some cubs are  missing in certain age groups but you can find them if you click on teams in theri conference that you know they would play.  Not sure why they do not alway appear on the region or state lists.  Again not perfect but useful estimate.  Any team I think could be plus or minus a dozen spots on a given day.[/quote]
