Conference League. The league must consist of at least four teams with the team playing at least three
(3) league games against different opponents during the seasonal year.
If a team participates in VYSA State Cup competition and does not complete the required league play
prior to June 15, 2021, the team will forfeit all VYSA State Cup games played, pay a fine of $500.00,
and the team, if more than 9 players return, will not be allowed to participate in the VYSA State
Championship Series games the following seasonal year. No opponent’s scores or standings in any of
the State Cup games forfeited for this reason will be affected.

So let's take Arlington's Boys U14 ECNL team.  They only compete in ECNL.  They do not compete in EDP or any other VYSA league.  Can they not participate in State Cup?  If they can. how do they get around this rule?[/quote]

Maybe they form a small private league with three other clubs and all play each other?  That would appear to satisfy the rules.[/quote]
