It is what it is at this point. If she catches COVID on her own accord, I will only feel so bad. However, I don't want to be the one to give it to my parents. This summer it will be 2 years since I have seen my parents because due to COVID I didn't see them all of 2020. I will be fully vaccinated as will my husband. However, our kids will not be vaccinated. We obviously can't live the rest of our lives avoiding them.

NP here. My 70-something parents don't even care that their 70-something doctor has been vaccinated. FOX and Newsmax make them feel like they're among the special on this earth who are in the know. That's the essence of conspiracy theories-- those who live by them feel very empowered for the first time in their lives. I have precious hard-to-obtain information, you don't. They all their they're heroes in a movie. [/quote]
