I have a 6 pack (it feels weird to brag but maybe this will convince some other hard core runners to try something different). Anyway, if this is tl/dr: I work out about an hour a day 6 days a week and I am in much better shape than I was when I ran closer to 90 minutes every day without ever taking days off.[/quote]
