Sure. Chevy Chase ES. I grew up in Paris, PP. My kids and I have seen homeless drunks fighting in the street a few feet from us, military troops with machine guns patrolling the train stations because of terrorist threats (DS always loves that), gypsy babies used as props for begging cartels in the metro and on the dirtiest street corners (breaks my heart), gypsy kids expertly pickpocketing tourists, etc...

Someone smoking weed at a bus stop? It doesn't even make my list of unpleasant things.

Good for you.  You do realize that families have different standards, right?  I, for one, would not subject my kids to the conditions you describe, and I certainly don't use slurs like "gypsy" to describe people.  But you do you.[/quote]

PP you replied to. Gypsy is not a slur, it's an ethnic group of travelers that live in every country in continental Europe. 
For the other PP who called all this warzone tourism, this all happens in Paris, France, my home city. In middle class residential neighborhoods. 
You are showing your ignorance of life beyond your little bubble. 
I am trying to tell you that smoking weed at a bus stop, even if all of us find it unpleasant (I have never smoked in my life and don't particularly appreciate the smell), is not the end of the world, and will certainly not lead to all the children in the neighborhood smoking weed. If you want to call the police because it's illegal, please do. I won't, because it doesn't bother me.
