I don't know that I'm all of the way to counseling yet.  I'm sure I will get there though.  
Just shifting my perspective has been so helpful.  I'm NOT crazy, weak, or stupid, and my feelings ARE valid.  For the moment, it's enough to just know that without needing him to see it or get it.  [/quote]
