Herndon and Beach are arguably the two top CCL teams in that age group, both having a W7L0D1 record.  I am not an expert on the 07 girls team landscape, but in my long multi-kid experience with northern virginia soccer - while I would agree that there is a clear difference between the average CCL team and the average ECNL team, the top CCL teams are usually competitive with ECNL teams (and DA teams on the boys side).[/quote]
