<10 years age difference, dating maturity >10 years age difference, they want to have power over someone
LOL. I'm a man who dates younger women and they have plenty of power in the relationship. They know they are younger, hotter and will eventually move on.
Sounds like they have daddy issues.
Some have flat out told me they do and others have not at all. They've ranged from the having fathers who are surgeons to Nigerian scam artists. Most have professional careers but the range has run from lawyers to nurses to college students to event security guards. I've discussed this before but I'm black, divorced and only interested in dating Black women. Dude your situation is very different. As a successful black man you have your pick of black women of any age and you know it.

Perhaps. But they still do get tired of my act eventually--I work long hours, travel frequently (pre-COVID) and go to bed early--and move on to men their own age. The maturity/power imbalance is something people on the outside tell themselves to either look down on me or feel better about themselves.
