The difference is that women tend to live longer.
the difference is that women are selling their bodies in exchange for comfort. so they get a better deal by selling to older men. story as old as time
Which doesn't make it either good or bad. If both people know what they are doing and why they are doing it, it is up to them what sort of deal they make.
Gee. I don't know. I don't think I'd want to be married to somebody that only wanted my $ (not love or affection) or somebody that only wanted to screw me (and pay me off so he didn't have to spend time with me). Sounds like Trump's marriages. They really looked like they were having a great time  . Hefner and his weirdo relationships and Ana Nicole Smith with the guy that was basically brain dead.
That's fine for you. My point is that people are free to make whatever "deal" they like. And remember, just because practical concerns prominently enter the picture that does not mean that two people can't grow to love each other as well. It has worked out splendidly for me. I was 50 when I made the acquaintance of a teenage young lady in an Asian land. I courted her and we were married 2 1/2 years later. We joked about her being my "mail order bride." That was 23 years ago, and we have had a splendid, mutually loving marriage with a son who will soon be graduating college with a biomedical engineering degree.
You were the typical 50-year old American on an Asian sex vacation and married a teenage virgin from there. What could a 50-year old man want with a teenager? I have read about those yours. So you are 73 and she’s 38 now?
Your comment is so silly as to not warrant a serious reply. I'll do you the favor anyway. You did get one thing right - I sought (successfully) a virgin bride. What two people want with each other is up to them. A third party who has not met either of them is in no position to offer an opinion on the subject. You only make yourself look ridiculous when you do so. No, I wasn't on a "sex vacation". The young lady initiated our communication by placing an add for a foreign pen pal. I answered the add; she liked my response, and things took off from there. See how silly you made yourself look?
Oh my God, this is so gross. I feel so badly for your son. He probably avoids telling people about you guys or bringing people home. If he doesn’t, then I’m concerned about him as well. I take it you are a white guy? Uuuuuuuuuuh... so gross.
I find your comments, plus those that followed them, a combination of pathetic and amusing. They reflect an ageist bigotry which is no better than racist or ethnic bigotry. When I was a young man it was a common occurrence for people with your mindset to say "gross", "disgusting", etc. when they saw an interracial couple. You are behaving in an analogous manner where the difference between the two people is age instead of race. What folks like you can't get into your prejudiced minds is that what other people decide in the way of a suitable relationship is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. If it works for them, that is all that matters. My son is proud of both of his parents and of their solid marriage - he has made unsolicited comments to this effect - so please be "concerned" about him. I'm sure he'll appreciate that. Yes, I'm a white guy. I won't comment on what the significance of this fact for you may imply. For the other commentator: yes, there were such things as pen pals prior to the rise of the Facebook/Twitter, etc. age, and long lasting relationships often started out that way. You date yourself.
Dude, you're gross as f#ck. Sincerely, 39 year-old married white man
And did your wife also get a virgin spouse? No? I’m shocked, shocked to find a double standard in this institution ::roll:: No ones saying you’re creepy because of your age. They’re saying you’re creepy because of your behavior.
People are totally saying he is creepy because of his age. It really riles some people up. It is fascinating how the age question provokes so much emotion and angst, even among anonymous strangers.
