Also, why do you like fascists? Antifa means “anti-fascist.” My grandfather stormed the beach at Normandy. He was Antifa.

The whole “my Grandfather stormed the beach at Normandy” line is a leftist meme designed to bestow credibility. Usually it’s a complete fabrication on their parts, since they can’t offer any immediate details about their Grandfather’s unit, Div, Group, or even Corps.

The landings in the initial hours of 6 June 44, when the combat was intense and most of the 4,500+ KIA’s occurred, involved fewer than 24,000 US troops primarily from four Corps. The subsequent waves that came ashore later in the day and in the days after, got there after the beachhead was secured.

If everyone who claimed “my granddad stormed Omaha beach” was truthful, then the US Army would’ve needed to have landed 10,000,000 troops on that beach. Or each one of those men had 5000 children after the war. Either case would be necessary to account for every blathering lib who said his grandfather was involved in DDay.

Oh, and your grandpa would’ve just as happily put a few en-blocs of .30-M2 Ball into a crowd of these black-clad hoodlums today as he did a squad of Kraut infantry in a hedgerow.
