?  We don’t have collective bargaining in NoVA.  The people who won’t come in won’t get paid.  No one is going on strike or even trying to BUT WE STILL HAVE STAFFING PROBLEMS.  This is COMPLETELY a  Human Resources dept. issue.[/quote]

Well, in Loudoun where I live they sent an informal survey of who would not be willing to come back in. Based upon that, they said they couldn't staff hybrid. [/quote]
