[/quote] Not my experience at all after living in Chicago for two years. “Nice values” = growing up in an extremely segregated region/ city where people of different races don’t often interact with each other in meaningful ways (generalization, I know!). Great cost of living, but the culture shock wasn’t worth it for me.[/quote]
