Cut out gluten dairy and sugar. Gut will be gone in six weeks.
Not true. It may help lose overall weight, but if you are genetically too heavy, nothing you eat or don’t eat changes that
Yes true. I am an apple and I was holding about 10-15 pounds in my gut alone and I lost it by cutting out gluten, dairy and sugar. I actually have a flat belly and a waist now and I am fifty. Try it OP. You can come back and brag in six weeks.
You still are top heavy relative to the rest of your body. An apple will never be a pear
I'm glad of that. Easier to reduce a gut than thick hips/thighs.
Fellow apple and COMPLETE disagree. A big booty is something you can have but still be "in shape", sexy, hot.etc and not be considered fat. There is no wiggle room to have a belly and be considered anything other than fat/chubby. Even if you are or a normal or lower end of normal weight and have great tone on the rest of your body. I've lived with that forever sadly
The point is that belly can usually be reduced more easily by diet/exercise. Hips/thighs/booties can be toned and sexy but very difficult if not impossible to make slender.
PP you are quoting and I think this is entirely hinged on whether or not you need to lose weight. If you are at a healthy weight and have a belly, its part of your shape. Same as having thicker thighs. Even if you lipo'd out every ounce of my torso I would still be pretty straight up and down.
