One time my FIL called me to say they'd just gotten an electric kettle and it was a total game-changer and could he get us one? Then he sent it along with a huge box of various types of teas. The only thing they complained about (about me) was that I didn't let them hug me enough. I'm a WASP, it's not my style. They want DH to sit in their laps basically. [/quote]
