BUT - when the President is AWOL, when he leans on the CDC to hide virus facts, and his base does the opposite of what's safe, you'd hope that Governors might implement stricter measures. I have yet to see that in action. They lack political courage, and when your state has exploding cases and hospitalizations, that's criminally negligent. [/quote]
