Also, nicknames are great, but there's no likelihood that a kid nicknamed Sassy from birth will have a personality that fits the name. That's bordering on cruel because it seems like you are setting an expectation and your quiet, shy, rule following kid may hate being called Sassy. Maybe consider Cassandra, plan to call her Cassie, and if her personality suits it, Sassy is a backup option. [/quote]
