I would agree. It's hard to know definitively because lots of people don't provide contact tracing information.

That said, I think if most people in the city are mask compliant and practices social distancing, keep the bars closed, etc.. it would be fine to open schools.  But too many places don't have that combination.    I agree we should close down bars and gyms and open the schools in hybrid mode.[/quote]
