My husband does this, but honestly, I don’t mind. He’s right. If I’m just sitting there spinning my legs, not getting an actual workout, I’m just wasting time. I find it motivating, maybe try to look at it that way?
+1
Honestly, this was my first thought too. I'm on your side, OP. But I also have a Peloton and know how hard I have to push myself to really burn calories/get in shape. A slow scenic ride would be a waste of my time. I'd save that for a second ride of the day or if I am recovering from an injury or childbirth or something. Try all of the instructors before you throw in the towel on "live" classes. I like Emma Lovewell and Jen Sherman. Robyn can be annoying but she is motivating, I'll give her that. Alex is sexy eye candy and I like his style. Btw, i never do live, always the pre-recorded. They have this new thing in beta that's synchronized starting groups on pre-recorded rides (forget what they're calling it).
