[/quote] I honestly don’t understand the appeal of 28 Summers other than the setting. The characters are awful. The premise is that we are supposed to root for the weekend love affair of a weak man and a woman who can’t cope with a real relationship. There was absolutely no reason for them not to be together from the start except that they both preferred escapism to reality. She wasted her whole life in him and died young. What’s to like? They were insufferable![/quote]
