In some cases you have to pay, in others you don't and not all things qualify for removal. But unless you take that action, any complaint remains in the database as well as charges that are dropped or where you are found not-guilty.[/quote] $35 in Montgomery County to shield anything from the internet once a person has done their time. In otherwords case closed. Fill out one form and it's a done deal.[/quote]
