They see someone fitting that description in the passenger's seat. Of course they have a right to take them out of the car, request ID, and question them.

Which one is it?  Did they recognize him or were they detaining him to “work out who he is?”  You act like his picture was at the post office on the most wanted list.  This is a metropolitan area, they are LYING.  I am baffled as to why YOU can’t see that.  Same sh*# different day :( [/quote]
