It's astonishing how many people still spout this nonsense.  We are "legally allowed to do" all kinds of idiots things that intelligent people do not do during a pandemic, even when "waaahhhh, but DADDY SAID IT WAS OK!!!"  Cool.  Do whatever you want.  Just stop whining about DL, because the collective selfishness of all these individual people who think that their own individual risk-taking is just fine, because it's just them, is driving the closure (and please don't come back with the tired "no, no, it's all big groups and weddings" nonsense, because we now know that's not the case and small group indoor gatherings are major drivers of spready).[/quote]
