OP is asking if she's the only one not deeply affected by current events. I have been DEEPLY affected by the cell phone videos of people being murdered by the police. I realize it has always happened and I'm grateful we all can see it now -- but it's vastly different to know it and to see it for yourself. That's why people are flooding the streets to protest. We can see it for ourselves. And it's sickening.[/quote]
