I use this dialog and in an unfriendly tone. If dog ignores the owner’s recall, comes sniffs my dog’s butt then I yell at owner to get the dog immediately and if they are too far away I kick the dog. People really need a rock solid recall if they are going to break leash laws IMHO. [/quote]
