Um, there is no concrete evidence that the individual in that black face photo was Governor Northam  :roll:

Northam has been a breath of fresh air. From police reforms, to changes in abortion laws, he has brought Virginia into the 21st century. I will support Fairfax, as he is the one who will continue this important progressive work.[/quote]
