He will have scholastic achievements to show. If you have saved money and can pay for college - UVA will no longer be a reach, especially since International Students are not coming and need based scholarships will be cut down. The schools are going to fight for the UMC high achieving kids. I feel race will not play a role and Asian-American UMC high achieving students will find less discrimination.
