OP here. I am. But I don't enjoy being attacked for it for being overly "privileged" and supposedly unconcerned about fairness and equity. I should sacrifice my children to show that I care about others? No.

I wish public schools could open. I would 100% send my own children.

I don't blame teachers for being scared but I do blame the government. Unfortunately, nothing will change there until January so what is the point of even mentioning the glaringly obvious.[/quote]

I blame people for not doing their own research and choosing to always follow the media's interpretations of events.

OP, if you are looking for people to applaud you/not shame you for doing what is best for your child unfortunately this current climate just won't allow it. [/quote]
