Perhaps I can't due to a time commitment, perhaps the coach can't because of a back to back session. Perhaps I don't want to talk in front of my kid or other kids. Perhaps my wanting to talk with the coach is just none of your business and I don't feel like going through a team manager to talk to someone who I am paying. [/quote]

So, your reason for a coach to not provide their phone number in TeamSnap is because “email”. So no real practical reason. Just, waste time with email. Everyone else provides their phone number yet the coach doesn’t, because why? [/quote]
