Your word choice is wrong. It's not "immoral" to believe that.

And no one said that is "OK" for people to suffer for eternity for a choice they made. It is tragic and very sad. God weeps for them and most likely will hold many of us accountable for not working harder to spread the Truth.

Sorry, I disagree. Saying it is right for a supreme being to make well intentioned people who live good lives suffer for an eternity is as immoral as anything I can think of.  It's a spiritual holocaust.  If you think that is OK, then I am more moral than you and more moral than the god you believe in.[/quote]

You'd think, that God, being God, could change the rules any time he wanted to, but apparently that is not the case.  Eons ago, he made the rule that people who don't believe in him must go to hell, and that's that.

The only way around it, is to stop believing in that particular version of God (there are many to choose from), or to stop believing altogether.
