I don't know if DC has this requirement. I am not sure Solidcore is doing a great job keeping up with all the various rules in each state/county, etc. I am sympathetic that there are many rules and that it is ever changing, but their inability to keep track makes me even more wary about their policies and judgement.[/quote]
