None of this will change custody. Courts don't litigate every parental disagreement. Something bad has to happen and "she might have sex with her boyfriend while they are asleep in the same room" won't qualify, unfortunately. 7-8 is probably too young to be in a hotel room alone, anyway.[/quote]
