What does the proctoring involve?  I understand that SAT/ACT can theoretically "watch" the key strokes, and even require the use of the computer's camera to see the student working.  However, exactly how do they know that it is actually that student that is sitting there?  And how long do you think it will take some IT nerd to figure out how to get the computer's camera to stream a pre-recorded video of the student sitting there or some such thing?  After the mess with the APs, I'd put money on the students' ingenuity with regard to cheating defeating the boards' expertise with the technology. That, or just like the APs, a technological breakdown. [/quote]
