+1. Also the black principal who parents hated before she started because racism. If parents have a problem with OOB students, they need to tell their feeder elementary schools to stop admitting them to the pipeline. The elementary schools are filled with IB kids.  Then DCPS revises the capacity numbers each year and surprise!  Now you need to take 5
OOB kids. That’s the reason the mayor finally agree to budget for a new Ward 3 Elementary school before the fire marshal shut down the OOB pipeline.  It allows them a few more years to play this game.  [/quote]
