OP here.  I don't think he has a girlfriend.  I could be wrong though. I think it's his mom pushing for this and paying for his lawyer. She has been his enabler his entire life. He is 50 years old with only a few years of actual real work experience behind him.  The rest of the time he has been unemployed or worked in the food industry.  [/quote]
