[/quote] You sound like you know what you're talking about. How did PPEP go about identifying ineffective and sub-par teachers, and then removing them from the system? What was PPEP's evaluation system? And did it effectively remove sub-par teachers from the system? Please educate me on the specifics.[/quote]
