I cannot stop her from driving.  It was a very difficult conversation to have when I told her I did not want her driving my kids places and we do not talk about it, I just always offfer to drive.  When she is coming somewhere with us she will often sdive to our house and then drive with us from there.  I also stopped using her for evening babysitting because I did not want her on the road at night.

It is difficult, but if your 10 year old notices there is an issue and you have to put an end to it.
