He's going to buy the nomination, folks. Just accept it. Whether he can win or not, I can't say for sure. But he IS going to be the nominee. And the sooner everyone just accepts it and gets over their hurt feelings, the better.
Ha! Did you see his 78 year old butt get stomped on the debate stage? This guy has no clue about how to win votes outside of NYC. He is awful. Based on the first couple of states I look at this as a Bernie vs. Buttigieg race. Why? Because they are the two that seem capable of getting voters to vote for them. Bloomberg was certainly known to NH voters and he got all of 1.6% via write ins.
Do either of them have billions of dollars of their own money to spend? "No", you say? Well then I guess tells us who's going to win, then.
You realize that no one wants Bloomberg in right? He’s going to lose if he’s the nominee (he won’t be though based off Wednesday’s terrible performance)
Lol. Grow up.
Who is “no one”? The DNC? Cause that is what it’s looking like to an independent voter like me. And I voted for Hillary last term. The DNC and RNC are both screwy, but when Bernie is slaughtered because Hilary “did her time” and it’s “her turn”, politicians aren’t listening to the people, they’re just using them as pawns to progress their individual agendas. Some of those are great for American people. Some are horrible. Some do nothing but add stripes to their chest. Someone said Bloomberg doesn’t want to pay a billionaire tax. Haven’t heard his official stance on that. I’ll bet the money he puts into this election would have been the equivalent of any tax changes that may:may not occur after November 2020. We also need Amazon to pay taxes. Every single one of us support that business. There are ads here on DCUm, prime shipping, Whole Foods, it’s intermingled with all of life. We grow Amazon’s wealth, and they won’t give back to the public resources to improve it? I trust someone like Bloomberg setting the record straight more than I trust Trump. Not because he stands on a higher moral ground. But because he isn’t a traitor. And the fact that the DNC is so against him is making me like him even more. Both sides are just prompting an urging for a new Independent candidate in 2024. The country is begging for it - the moderates have the power. Because the left and right have gone off the freakin tracks. GOP is corrupt as all hell and selling us out to the highest bidder. Dems are narrow minded in their approach and cast out anyone that doesn’t hold their beliefs, so they unintentionally lose support where they could gain defectors. It’s a mess. A mess! At a minimum, I know Bloomberg believes in climate change, he will pick up some moderate Republicans, large corporate support, and public servant support too. That is a start. TRUMP DENIES CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL. We have TWO TERMS TO REVERSE DAMAGE THAT WILL DESTROY OUR PLANET OTHERWISE. Why are we wasting time here? I also know Bloomberg can talk shit back to Trump’s bullying. Trump is threatened by him, and that is because MB can back up what he is saying. MB is everything Trump tries and fails to be. Also the rich 1%ers will support Bloomberg over other Dem candidates and it will be easier for Bloomberg to get shit done across the aisle with the GOP than any other candidate. He is the moderate solution, to me. Personally, I’m open to arguments otherwise that address these specific issues of concern. But I have yet to see a strong one.
We do not have to choose between Trump and Bloomberg. There are much better candidates than Bloomberg.
How is the DNC against Bloomberg when they took his money and changed the rules in his favor?
