Please don't spread wrong information by speculating. The pregnancy center director was interviewed at length on TV and what you describe did not happen.

The man was not at the center with his girlfriend. He was on the sidewalk outside acting bizarrely then suddenly leaped through a window into the center's lower level, ran back out of the center through a door, then ran down the street, saw the child and pounced on her. This was not a scenario of "he was visiting the center for his GF's checkup and went nuts" so please don't speculate that it was. Doing so only makes people think the center is some potentially dangerous place where angry or crazed parents might lose it. Not the case at all. Let's at least be accurate about this horrible event.[/quote]
