When we left our Bright Horizons center in Arlington, infant care was more than $2,700/month. It's been two years now and I've heard from friends that tuition has gone up 5+% annually. No one is charging $350/week--that info is crazy out of date OP, you're not going to want to put two (potentially premie) twins in a daycare center in November. That's flu season. You really need to figure out how to afford a nanny for the first school year.
In homes are much cheaper. Ours was $275 a week, and we left just last year. You'll have more closures though (ex: our provider took 2 full weeks off, paid). I do agree sending twins to daycare will be hard. I had a July baby and she was home sick a LOT after starting daycare in October. With twins, that's doubled. Add in my own illness and it was a very long winter.
