Violent video games have been shown to have a desensitizing effect and that's not terribly surprising. That's mainly the reason one drills for certain activities. Firefighters are an example. They may be desensitized to the peril of an actual fire event. However, that doesn't make firefighters arsonists. I am curious what people think is the solution if male children are inherently defective. This appears to be contradicted by the millions that didn't kill their parents in the last month.[/quote]
