[/quote] I used to work part time with young kids. I thought it was the worst of both worlds. I seemed to never be available when moms were getting together for random last min play dates. When I met professional colleagues, I felt I was going backwards. If you cut down and have flexible jobs while others are full steam ahead, you feel like you are moving backwards. Perhaps some women need the income or want to keep foot in the door but I felt like I was just wasting my time.[/quote]
