I’ve survived by honestly being pretty brutal about giving myself the time and space I needed during the more demanding times. More than once I’ve gotten hotel rooms to avoid commuting, get a proper night’s sleep, and not get bogged down by domestic crap. I’m not saying once a week, but I’ll do it in the middle of a big brief or before an oral argument. [/quote]
