I'm not a "militia type" (whatever the hell that is). But I'm going. Only to show my support for the law-abiding gun owners of the commonwealth.
Many gun owners support common sense gun laws. What are you concerned about specifically?
What the heck is a "common sense gun law"? There are people on this forum whose idea of a "common sense gun law" is to melt them all down and make them into manhole covers. There are posters here who say that they want to confiscate all guns and put all gun owners in jail, and they think that's a "common sense gun law". What I'm specifically concerned with are people who throw around words that they know nothing about, and want to put law-abiding citizens in jail because those citizens happen to enjoy the shooting sports. Hell, we've even got people on this forum who want to have KNIFE owners arrested. I'm a gun owner, and I support common sense gun laws. But we've already got tons of common sense gun laws, and none of the proposals put forth by Governor Northam and his crew of idiots have anything to do with common sense.
I favor taking your guns away. You don’t need them. This isn’t Somalia, Yemen or the 1800s Wild West. We have too many legends in their own mind. You don’t need them for hunting — grocery stores are plentiful. They serve about as much purpose in 2020 as a butter churn. That said, you can have as many muskets as you like.
Ugh, this again? So I suppose online speech isn’t protected by the 1A? I’m glad idiots aren’t in charge of assigning rights.
A lot of our constitution, a document written in the 18th Century, is flawed and outdated. Free speech is absolute. You don’t need your stupid guns.
