Due process for the accused does not include providing information to everyone, especially before an investigation is complete. Releasing information too soon can compromise an investigation. [/quote]

But once the investigation is complete, then the school should name and shame, and very publicly.  Deterrence works.

The school and DCPS also do have a responsibility to make the PROCESS AND PROCEDURES clear to the community along with what they are doing to ensure kids are safe and protected now and the staff is being supported, they can do this without any jeopardy to the investigation. They need to serve the community as well as the individuals involved.[/quote]
