Ideally you don't want the school in the middle of the boundary area, but rather you want to minimize the total distance traveled by all students to that school. The current boundaries for Wootton and Churchill then make more sense, if you consider that the highest population density for both schools is in the eastern portion of their capture area.[/quote]
