I know men can compartmentalize but what they don't realize is that their bad behavior is affecting their next generation. How about the men respecting the women in their lives with action and in words. You know, don't be like Lauer, Weinstein (and even some of your work colleagues/family members closer to home). You all have daughters/mothers/nieces who will be affected by what you do as a man whether you think it has affected them or not. [/quote]
