President Trump was a businessman for decades. Yes, he appeared in movies as himself, a businessman. He also created and appeared in The Apprentice, which was based on a business model. It was not a reality show like Real Housewives or similar.

President Reagan was a famous Hollywood actor before becoming president, but then he was a president/former president first and foremost.

The Obamas were disturbingly enamored with becoming celeb-like and being their own brand (he even had a logo and tagline). So narcissistic.[/quote]
