But the greater takeaway is that, for folks who are interested in moving to a liveable, walkable city with low-unemployment and a rich set of cultural attractions, DC is arguably one of the best choices. And that when making that comparison, DC's *schools* are a net positive, not negative. That's actually news.[/quote]
