For my cycle I had 4 different nurses because their staffing was short and they had no continuity. They forgot to call in my meds which resulted in me having to pay cash at a local pharmacy because by the time they did call it in there wasn’t enough time to wait for insurance approval. The dr who supposedly was “my” RE was never around or available and the other two REs answered every question with “I don’t know because I haven’t read your chart.” Cycle was a massive failure.
